A félmillió lakosú Eskisehir egyik városrésze a szines házairól híres Odunpazari fölött fekszik a kalandpark mellet ez az 5 csillagnak minden téren eleget tevő hotel.
A wellnes részlegén egy csodálatos fél napot töltöttünk, a medencék vize 36 és 38 fokos volt, a jacuzzis és vállmasszírozó fejeket a vendégek maguk kapcsolhatják be, a szauna legalább 25 férőhelyes, a török hamam rész is szuper, foylmaatosan takarítják az összes helyiséget, nagyok jók amasszőrők. Az a'lacarte étteremben költöttük el vacsoránkat, minden választásunk az étlarólfinom volt. A szobánk kényelmes, modern berendezésű (tükör mögé rejtett tv). A személyzet kedves, udvarias minden részlegen. A reggeli büfé pedig fantasztikus volt.

Schools have insufficient service during the holidays.

I stayed during school break. For this reason, the additional beds, bedding, etc. we asked for were not available for hours. I just received an over-busy response every time I interviewed with customer relations. After 6 hours, I pleased the housekeepers to put them to bed. The room was also air-conditioned at 30 degrees, but it was too cold and of course there was no technical service. There were no empty sunbeds at the spa. When we asked for loungers in the empty space, we got the same answer, which should never be of interest to us. DRIVER AMUSEMENT. There were overcapacity sunbeds, which we could not see. We asked for towels at the spa, and that’s the same answer. In short, vacation times are definitely a must-do hotel. If the service isn’t sufficient, why does the hotel accept full customers? And the good things. The restaurant food was fantastic. The attentiveness of the servers was fantastic. The lady was friendly and caring and thank you so much. The breakfast was especially excellent.

Very bad experience

Hi, let me explain why I was never pleased with the stay. Earlier, preparations were not made for this large crowd. The indoor pool is small and does not lift the crowds and the sunbeds around are insufficient, as is the heated thermal pool. Places do not have an escape system in the water or there should at least be a staff member around the shower that constantly cleanes it.The sauna steam room section is also in the lake. We couldn't use the bath small, 10 people enter the sauna at once, kids enter, while no one tries not for kids. Places always have dirty hair feathers and hair feathers. You can really see the skin swimming above the shock pool. Kids throw the ice in the water in front of the shower showers. Curators are no longer available. I fell there lying I hurt my ankle When I asked for ice in the room, half an hour later I called 2 times and reminded only to come. I made a Reservation at the People restaurant earlier this week because it's my husband's birthday, so I asked for a nice table especially on the glass side, but they got notes, so they sat on the 8-seat round backstage and then, when they objected, they took it on the glass side, but we ate with arms on the door, not the glass! When I asked at the exit, she said there was a glass side table next to my name, but she said there was a lot of crowds that they couldn’t, though I went at 8:00 and the tables that followed us were always sitting on other glass sides. We had a lot of trouble closing the room doors off the door at night, and the other rooms made a lot of door beats. We had a totally awful weekend. You're never in a 5-star hotel quality.

Tasigo Hotel

We arrived at the hotel around 3:30, long after check-in, but our rooms were only ready at 6:30 (3 rooms for families).
Additional beds were brought quite late despite our repeated searches. Plus, the lightning used for the extra bed in our room was incredibly dirty and we asked for an immediate bed linen change.
It looks like the rugs in the rooms aren’t cleaned or washed.
While we stayed as three, the room only had a set of towels for two (the classic problem we encountered at virtually every hotel)
We’ve seen a smell of toiletry in the rooms of our friends (and I’d especially say there’s no such problem in our room).
Our kids (three 13 and one 11 years old) had a good time taking advantage of the thermal and indoor pools.
The restaurants were quite enjoyable, the staff was extremely friendly and the food and drinks were delicious. The decor of the lobby was modern, bright and calming. Plus, live music in the lobby created a very nice atmosphere.
Despite the busy breakfast room (especially the semester), the breakfast options were both diverse and delicious. Waiters are also very helpful with finding a spot.
They quickly answered my question about the fire ladder before heading to the hotel.
My wife ⁇ the massage service. The spa section needs to be booked in advance before he gets to the solo hotel, with very little empty space due to the holiday.
We shared our positive and negative thoughts above with the staff on their check-out day, and they took careful notes.
It’s a hotel we’d rather stay back in because they’re listening to the guests. Thanks

Use of the Hotel Lodging and Thermal Pool for Families with Infants

We stayed 2 babies 2 nights with friends. We rented the hotel with reviews we read across the web. After 5 calls to the room for a baby bed setup, the setup was provided (the beds in the baby bed were always stained)
The pillows were hugely uncomfortable and not matching. Breakfast was delicious and buffet. People Restaurant food was tasty and brought too late. The hotel and the room are visually beautiful overall. It wasn’t crowded because we went on a weekday, and it was quiet. The thermal and normal pool were small. But the hotel was not bad, the price performance could be considered. However, I don’t think the babies are good for families, and the miniGo Club was closed. If we ask if I’ll go with the kid again, I won’t. Deleting a bad review from the site is funny — they delete a bad review and leave a good one.
