和朋友住了两天，老板人超级nice，房间很干净舒适，有“家”的感觉，很喜欢酒店的装修风格，老板很有品味，生活设施一应俱全，这个 价格可以住这样的房间，超划算！ 下次来清迈一定要再来！

The owner is very nice! I forgot to bring a copy of the confirmation letter when I took the IELTS test. The owner took the initiative to help me solve the problem.
The staff is very enthusiastic! I will definitely come to stay here next time I come to Chiang Mai!

Outstanding in every way!
Location is both special and convenient .... very quiet and surrounded by greenery ... yet very close to Chiang Mai old city and also the lifestyle district Nimman .... 15 mins by Grab. Suthep is a charming part of the city; very green and loads of cafes, small shops and also some good restaurants in walking distance. And Food Orders take on average 15 to 20 mins to reach ... so you are covered.
I had a one bedroom that was extremely spacious and furnished to a very high standard throughout. Honestly, I thought this was on par with the Ascot or another luxury serviced residence. A lot of thought and care has been put into the creation by the owner Dominic, who has a background in hospitality. The added benefit of my unit was is a bathtub on the balcony ... so nice to use at night to relax and enjoy the fragrant night air.
The owner Dominic is a real star, and extremely helpful and very kind. I arrived late in the evening, and he helped to order a dinner for me and also stocked my fridge with some bread, milk, home-made preserves as well as coffee and tea so I had all I needed for breakfast.
Dominic is also a wealth of information when it comes to what to do, eat and see ... and pointing me in the right direction to help me setting up very quickly. As there is now a quarantine regulation in place in Chiang Mai, he also accompanied me to the local health office to report and figure out what I needed to do ... and then went back with me to get my health certificate. Dominic certainly goes above and beyond expectations to support his guests and make sure they are well taken care of.
The place is also spotless; and was regularly serviced with linen change etc. A bonus is the washer / dryer in the house ... shared by the 5 guest units while never busy and free of charge to use. I found this a much better solution than sending out my laundry .... easy and convenient.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay - Reiz Residences is a great place to spend a few days or for an extended stay!
