Large, clean, everything there, friendly, beautiful nature reserve with Flamingos. Little else to do. WiFi is bad!
Little to criticize, everything is clean, large and present. Beautiful plumbing, large pitches with water flow and drainage. The only thing that is really worthless is the paid WiFi . 5 euros for 3 days but logging in is drama on paysite, every 10 minutes you are logged out and you have to log in again. Apps will then not connect only through the browser. In the evening, the WiFi amplifiers probably turn on everywhere and it is virtually impossible to use. So don't buy it!

Wij betreuren het dat uw ervaring niet in alle opzichten bevredigend was vanwege deze geïsoleerde incidentie ver van onze gebruikelijke activiteiten, ondanks onze charmante omgeving, onze volledig uitgeruste staanplaatsen voor een comfortabel verblijf, onze diensten en faciliteiten en ons uitgebreide animatieprogramma.
Met betrekking tot het bovengenoemde incident hoop ik dat onze technische staf het heeft opgelost. Als dit niet het geval is, kunt u dit aan de receptie doorgeven. Wij zullen het zo snel mogelijk oplossen als u doorgaat in het resort.
We hopen uw ervaring te veranderen, aarzel niet om contact met ons op te nemen. Het allerbeste.

Great holiday
The site is clean, tidy and welcoming.
The toilet blocks and other facilities are modern, well maintained and cleaned regularly. The recycling options were very welcome.
The standard pitches are spacious enough for all but the largest of units.
On all the pitches in our area (blocks E & F) there was grey water drainage, water supply, electricity hookup and TV connection with a variety of what could be called Freeview Channels although stormy weather did impact some transmissions. WiFi can be bought as an extra and we would do that next time.
The gym and swimming pool were excellent and, for us, worth the additional monthly subscription of €30. The staff there were always friendly and helpful. Like any gym, there were times when it was busy, so we just planned accordingly. A minor gripe is that it does not open until 9.30 am. Back home we would typically go for an 8 am start.
The “Animations” team organise regular sessions of tennis and Padel tennis, where you turn up and mix in. Watch the App to find out the schedule although in our last few days it was not working.
The bar was very good. A Happy Hour every Monday and Thursday with entertainment of various kinds. Most of the staff were friendly, helpful and tolerated our attempts a pigeon Spanish. Depending what you drink it can be slightly more than UK but is generally much cheaper. A bottle of decent house wine is €11, choose red or rose though.
We attended one Dinner Dance organised by the site itself which was very good and value at €22 for a three course meal.
The reception staff were all helpful and do their very best to assist and to resolve any issues.
There is an onsite shop which had a good selection when we arrived in February, but towards the end of our stay in March, they were clearly running down the stock in anticipation of a lull in business before the summer season started. As you expect with an onsite shop, prices are a little higher than local shops, which also have a greater variety and quality of some items. (Fresh meat and Fish counters at Consum)
My real beef may seem a little pedantic to others but here goes.
Whilst we were there the Rugby Six Nations was in progress and the matches were shown live in the bar – excellent!! There was a sign on the bar with major Guinness branding that said there was a 15% discount on drinks ordered during the matches. However, what it did not say was that it only applied to drinks bought at the bar and, most surprisingly given the branding, it did not apply to Guinness!!! When I raised both these with what I took to be the bar manager, he just told me “That’s the way it is!” The relatively small amount involved is no big deal, but the response was completely at odds with the helpful approach of all the other staff in the bar and elsewhere.
We hope to be back in future years.

We believe that there was a misunderstanding about the 15% discount on drinks, in fact the advertisement only in the bar led to the assumption that it only applied to drinks ordered at the bar during the game, if you go at another time, it does not apply. Family getaway
We went in the low season with half board and breakfast was very poor.
It would improve maintenance as there was a broken mat and it was not fixed during the stay, so there were only 3 mats in the entire enclosure, the children were left wanting to jump
