Pros - the outdoor pool area is nice and if interested in entertainment they have varying acts throughout the week. The breakfast is also really good with a wide variety of food on offer on the buffet.
Cons - a couple of times I spoke to the reception staff they were not very warm, barely looked at me or greeted me. Not all of them but a couple of them I felt like I was bothering them. The room I stayed in was tired with terrible sound proofing, people in the corridor sounded like they were in my room. I also had a towel in my room that was covered in fluff which when I picked it up and gave it a shake, so much fell off onto the floor mat it was very weird and I couldn’t believe a housekeeper put that towel in my bathroom for me to use.
