This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform Villa Gelsomino Exclusive House of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The reception does not have 24-hour service as we are a historic villa and we put the guest's privacy first but we are always available via WhatsApp. If you need to check in outside these times, please inform us in advance to better organize your arrival. We take this opportunity to inform you that, for arrivals between 18:00 pm and 20:00 pm, a supplement of 20 euros will be applied, while for arrivals between 20:00 pm and 23:00 pm, a supplement of 50 euros to cover additional costs related to late reception.
