Everything perfect
The modern and quiet room included a very comfortable bed, a generously sized TV and a tea/coffee maker. The minibar should be implemented with more sweet/savory snacks.
Elegant bathroom with shower where unfortunately lacked bathrobes but soft towels compensated.
Useful the possibility to order pizzas in the room.
I visited the wellness center whose access is free for an hour which included a pleasant swimming pool with 2 whirlpool zones, gym, sauna and hammam.
Breakfast is served on the 7th floor, with a beautiful view where the assortment included sweet and savoury food and homemade pies.
Also on the 7th floor in the afternoon you can enjoy drinks until late but also dinner.
In fact, from the menu I ordered some amazing bruschetta with buffalo and red shrimp (2 were too few!) and some amazing Amatriciana half sleeves.
The structure does not have an internal garage but there is a parking agreement 50 meters away accessible without entering the ztl.
Excellent value for money of all services with an applause to the friendly and helpful staff on every occasion for suggestions on tours and city tours.

Hotel Seventy Seven
We didn’t get the chance to go to the pool downstairs and the jacuzzi on the top floor looked like it hadn’t been used, and also wasn’t very private, it was just next to the bar and eating area with nowhere to get changed so we didn’t go.
The breakfast was £13 per person per day and we personally wouldn’t recommend it. Most of it was cold with only a couple of hot items, and was hardly any selection, it was not very nice, and a lot of it was stale.
The aircon/heating didn’t work in the room, however the weather was nice when we went so it didn’t really bother us.
The hotel is around a 20 minute walk to the centre and upon check out we had to pay 45 euros in tourist tax in cash on top.
The hotel was extemely expensive, and after staying here we wouldn’t say it’s really worth the money and you could stay somewhere nicer that’s closer to the centre with a better breakfast and amenities. I think next time we go to Rome we will stay elsewhere, but we didn’t have a bad experience overall.

Not being properly relaxed we were obviously also disturbed by street noise as well as those of a plasticized mattress topper that we had under the sheet.
However, we needed to rest to face a busy day and instead we spent the next day with headaches and a general malaise.
We thought we would compensate in part with breakfast but even this was disappointing, with few products and almost all from dispensing machines (including yogurt and coffee), even lactose-free milk was missing.
Finally we saw in the room that the maximum daily rate for the room is 299 euros, so we felt mocked as well as damaged. We therefore complained about this at the reception at check out and also sent a complaint on whatsapp, without receiving any Response so far, either in terms of compensation for the existential damage suffered (which we believe is due to honesty of behavior), nor a note of apology (which we think is due to style and elegance).

A piece of advice is also to sure to book a room in the main building if you need WiFi. The WiFi in the secondary building can’t even provide bandwidth to watch a Netflix show or play a mobile game.
They didn’t bother to replace the empty hand sanitizer by the breakfast for the 4 days we stayed either…. Add to that how the staff don’t object to people smoking in the breakfast room next to kids having a meal.
Oh yeah, to top it all off, they even charge for storing luggage from checkout till you need to go to the airport. So when comparing price with reality, it’s actually just a rather expensive tourist trap that doesn’t put in the effort to give their visitors a pleasant stay.
