The bed didn’t have sheets. They moved me to another room, but it also didn’t have sheets. Finally, the lady brought sheets, and I had to help put them on both beds. Additionally, the beds smelled old and were clearly not clean.
The curtain was broken, so we couldn’t see outside.
The bathroom was dirty, and there was hair in the shower. Moreover, the water had a strange smell.
The room walls were dirty, the hallway was extremely dirty, and there was no light.
The internet was terrible. We traveled all the way from Guanajuato to this hotel, enduring a long road trip, and it turned out to be a nightmare.
I requested a refund, but it was denied. This place is not recommended for anyone. The price is very high for the conditions provided. I ended up staying at a nearby hotel, the Holiday Inn, which was cheaper, super clean, and had all the amenities, including clean sheets on the beds.
Unfortunately, this place is not a hotel but rather a very dirty apartment. I have proof photos.
