For some it might be a bit loud at night, I was there for carnival so the street was very busy, with people is all ages. I was witness to many moments of tenderness ,

I strongly recommend to stay away from Taganga. The town is very run down, high crime, empty bars and clubs, no good restaurants, rip off prices, barely any foreign tourists and a lot of shady and weird people around who try to sell you drugs all the time
