Please inform Hammer Haus II of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of CAD 130 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Valid phone number and a complete mailing address is required, otherwise, the reservation will be canceled immediately. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. The agreement must be sent within 48 hours after the booking was made. Minimum age requirement for primary guest must be met for rental of multiple rooms or full house rental as stated in the rental agreement.
