Fantastic B&B where you feel home
It is a nice and quiet B&B which opened in 2019. It is located in a residential area 300 m from a metro station. You can reach the city center of Amsterdam in 20 minutes by public transport. In the area around the B&B is the possibility to park your car for free. The owner of the B&B worked for many years in the hotel business. And that is a fact what you can see also in the B&B. We felt welcome from the first moment. Our host (his name is Franz and speaks German/Dutch/English) showed us the accommodation, explained everything (breakfast room, WIFI code, working air-conditioning, …), asked us for special diets or allergies, offered his help to find a suitable restaurant,…
The B&B has 3 chambers. All of them are brand-new, nice and clean and furnished in a modern style. The bed is comfortable, the shower is a wellness moment on his own and a bottle of wine and 2 bottles of water are available in the chamber for free.
The breakfast is marvelous. Bread, croissants, eggs, fresh fruit, tea, latté macchiato, … arranged on the table in an attractive eye-catching way. Franz cares about his guests and gave us the feeling of being home. Thank you.

Perfetto!
In primo luogo la cosa che più ho apprezzato è la disponibilità, gentilezza e cura dei dettagli che Franz (il gestore) ci mette con passione e dedizione
La mia camera era spaziosa, dotata di ogni comfort ( Aria Condizionata, TV, Macchinetta del caffè,.. ) per non parlare poi del bagno con ampia doccia e cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni
Colazione dolce/salata servita da Franz con possibilità di scegliere tra the/caffè/cappuccino/spremuta/...
La struttura si trova ad Amsterdam sud ma è vicinissima alla fermata "Kraaiennest" della metropolitana M53 ed in circa 20 minuti si raggiunge la stazione "Amsterdam Centraal", sono anche facilmente raggiungibile le stazioni "Diemen Zuid"/"Amsterdam Amstel" (stessa linea di metro) e, con pochi cambi, la "Amsterdam Zuid" comoda per l'aeroporto di Schiphol
La zona è costituita da villette a due piani con un'area verde al centro e, nei pressi della metro, ci sono diversi negozi
Sicuramente se tornerò ad Amsterdam verrà in questo B&B

Ottima location per Amsterdam
Come in tutti i posti del nord ,manca il bidè e le tende non coprono molto il sole la mattina.
