Please inform Résidence Néméa l'Estacade of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 450 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a EUR 100 end-of-stay cleaning fee, depending on the accommodations, is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodations yourself. Reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, except on Wednesday all day and on Sunday afternoon, outside of French school holidays. If you plan to arrive outside the reception opening hours, please contact the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Bed linen is included but not kitchen linen. For a change of bed linen, a EUR 10 per person per change applies. Bathroom linen is not included but can be rented on site at a EUR 10 extra charge per person per change. Upon request and subject to availability, high chairs and hairdryers are available. Please note that guests have access to free WiFi in the communal areas. For guests wishing to access WiFi from their apartment, an additional EUR 16 per week charge applies Please note that a parking is available at an extra cost of EUR 40 per week. Please note that for children under 2 years old, baby cots can be accommodated at an extra cost of EUR 27 per stay. Please note that the city tax has to be paid on site.
