Fantastic and amazing place !! Beautiful lodge and amazing memories. Wonderful staff. Perfect holiday.
We had a hot tub which was lovely to have but also the swimming pool and facilities were so good to have. The location itself is stunning. The walks. The beach and the fishing lake on site. Was perfect for my family all to enjoy. So yes thank you everyone at the site. Our holiday was truely amazing full of great memories. See you again soon!

Not 5 star
We was unlucky from the moment we entered. The light on the stairs did not work, no one's fault just a bulb. The table was part laid out, the repair man for the light checked the plates etc and brought in extra. Only to find the dish washer full of part dirty dishes.
The next morning on opening the curtains the rail holding the heavy curtains fell on my shoulder. I was fuming, we had a 2 year old staying in our lodge in could of been him. It was all reported.
This ruined my holiday, it was the the 5 star lodge I had paid for.
The TV signal was not great either, kept pixelating. Also the door handles had screws missing, luckily the maintenance man was fantastic he put everything right.

Fantastic stay
We made use of all the facilities on site and none disappointed.
We did have a slight issue with luke warm water but once mentioned at reception this was soon rectified. One other issue was the cleanliness of the whirl pool bath jets but thankfully I had a bottle of bleach with me that cleaned them out, although we had a few niggles in no way did it spoil our stay and we 100% would go back.

Great 3 generation break

It sounds like you had a memorable three-generation break, despite a couple of hiccups! The check-in delay and confusion with the apps must have been frustrating, but I'm glad to hear you were eventually able to settle into your luxurious 3-bed Signature lodge with a hot tub.
It's wonderful that you enjoyed the walk down to the beach and found the bus service convenient. Thank you for sharing your experience and tips – they will surely help others planning their stay. We hope to see you again very doon!
