Absolutely the best apartment in Larnaca

From the booking we received excellent professional communications. The apartments are without doubt lacking in nothing. So light and airy very modern and well equipped. Everything you need is there. Of particularly worth a mention is the security aspect with a closed access for and secure room door. We had no excessive noise No party’s no disturb sleep or any other inconveniences. The cleanliness is absolutely outstanding as are the facilities and furnishings. Clean? No! PRISTINE. We lived this so much we have booked a month in November 24 and May 25. You will be hard pressed to find comparable accommodation in Larnaca and I’ve been visiting for 50 years. Just one gripe the sheets and mattress protector kept popping off the bed no big deal but just advisory.
So looking forward to our next visit to our home in Cyprus.

Perfect, clean & modern apartment 2 minutes from the sea, with lots of light, all the necessary facilities & excellent internet.

I am very happy I chose this accommodation for my 2 months stay in Larnaca (during June and July 2021). The one bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor is truly ideal, modern and comfortable. I loved having lots of light from the large windows in the bedroom and the living room. The view of the sea from the bedroom was a cherry on top. All the facilities were in excellent condition. The nice kitchen, the washing machine, small ironing board and iron proved very handy for a long stay. The internet was very fast & reliable - perfect for working remotely as in my case. The large balcony had a big table with chairs, I enjoyed the view as well (even though it wasn't facing the sea but still was very charming). The building is in the busy area 2 minutes from the sea, Finikoudes beach and next to cafes and shops. In the evenings you could hear music from bars and restaurants nearby. The owner is very professional and friendly and so is his assistant, both of who have shown a lot of kindness and help during my stay.
