Poor hotel in service, in rooms and in the attitude of the "owner"!

Modern hotel?
In this case, not so, rooms with poor furniture, humidity problems, insects.
The worst thing when you talk to the manager, tell her the status and the worse we get cut off from the hot water.
According to her policy everything was solved, because we were given the bathroom of another bungalow to bathe.
We were given a quick fix, but one can never be satisfied with that answer, a disgrace.

Back in Paradise at Pipa Lagoa Hotel.
The star of the show is the superb buffet breakfast which sets us up each day. The good natured staff are always helpful and courteous. The few times we have had dinner we found it great quality and value. We love the tropical landscaped setting of the hotel - truly beautiful.
