Please note that reservations are confirmed in USD; any quotations in other currencies are for reference only. According to Communication “A” 7630 of the Central Bank of Argentina, all reservations for passengers not residing in Argentina will be charged in pesos at the MEP dollar exchange rate in effect at the time of payment. For Argentine residents, the amount in pesos will be calculated according to the official exchange rate of the Banco de la Nación Argentina (bill sale) at the time of payment. The collection of reservations is processed within 72 hours after the reservation is made (in the case of nonrefundable reservations) or when the cancelation deadline expires for flexible reservations.
Argentinean citizens and residents will be charged an additional 21% value added tax. Only foreign guests who pay with a foreign credit card or debit card are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodations and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable.
